The app integrates to Jives leading social business platform to distribute the most accurate and timely information anytime and anywhere, with or without Internet connection.

Jive Present is used differently across industries such as tech, retail, healthcare, and financial services. It is also in other groups outside sales like services, technicians, trainers, channel partners and customers.

Jive Present consists of two components: an online platform and the iPad app.
The Jive Present iPad app delivers:

- File sharing by email, as an attachment, via a temporary download link, or formatted as a personalized catalog with combined content.
- Manage HTML5 web apps such as interactive presentations, playbooks, order entry apps, 3D product tours, or forms.
- CRM Integration: Select contacts synched from CRM and track activity to CRM system.
- Messages to keep up to date and push notifications when new content is available
